Training Sessions
At present we have a choice of nine sessions per week including road running, hill reps, track & circuit training. The Sunday morning sessions are regularly depleted by official races and tend to be organised either by word-of-mouth or on the members-only Website Forum..
Note on groups and suitability.
Beginners to running. We suggest that anyone beginning running joins us in April for the Beginners Course. This provides the preparation needed to be comfortable in the steady group. Below are some very rough guides to the aims of each group.
Steady Group - 5 or 6
miles in around 1 hour 15 minutes
Intermediate Group 1 -
7 or 8 miles in around 1 hour 15 minutes
Intermediate Group 2 -
8 or 9 miles in around 1 hour 15 minutes

Bradford 5k parkrun. A free timed run every Saturday starting at 9am in Lister Park, Bradford. Meet next to the bandstand.print barcode for times emailed to you. Please register online once (free).
