Track splits calculator
If you wanted to run a 10k in 43.30 for example, that would equate to 7 minute miles (M/M), you would have to train to run 200mtrs at the track in 52 seconds, 400mtrs in 1min 43secs, 800mtrs in 3mins 26 etc etc. It's a great training aid for the track, it's basically showing you what times you need to run round the track to get the 10k time you want - Linda Murgatroyd.
