SANDBEDS RUN   5 miles approx.  road/ gravel paths.

From The Red Lion pub turn right.  Go along The Hame  past the houses and turn right

up Sandbeds lane.  All the way along until the junction. cross over junction and follow

the road, at the end bear right up to the top of Marsden Gate.  Go over to main road

and turn left down main road,   to the red telephone box and turn left.  follow main road

and back on The Hame and The Red Lion.
