Deer Park - off road  6 – 7 miles approx

From The Red Lion      turn left.   down to Holywell Inn pub and take the road leading to

The Rock Inn.   Main road. Go up here and just before road bends around to left, take the

right hand track, just before houses.  follow this path, taking bottom path, right hand side

go up here,  cobbles.  Past the farmhouse,   over the stile and go through gates. through field and bear  left between walls.  top of fields go through gates and come out onto country lane. the motorway bridge is on left.  but turn right about 200 yards.  White

house is on right hand side.       take the left pathway opposite  white house onto the end.

Turn right at the country road and after few yards take the left path way.  leading down

to deer park.  Through deer park and back to main Saddleworth road.    turn left up the main road  to The Red Lion
