The course is a tough 4.75 miler with some great scenic views of Stainland, Greetland, Jagger Green and beyond...not that you'll have time to enjoy the views!

Meet at The Red Lion, Stainland and the start is from the Rugby Fields behind the pub car park.


Post race food & drinks 2 miles down the road at Heath Rugby Club, West Vale.
